MOTHERS MEETING PRESENT VIVO

Mothers Meeting collaborated with VIVOBAREFOOT to create an awesome, fresh and modern child friendly media event, for the launch of VIVOBAREFOOT’s ‘One Step Ahead’ kids campaign. The event aimed to highlight the importance of choosing the right footwear for kids whilst their bones are still soft and supple, allowing the foot to form naturally. During the day, guests were taught Toe-ga (yoga to strengthen and lengthen key muscles in your hips, legs, ankles and toes), they used the plantar pressure (this shows how weight is distributed on your feet) and all kiddies were fitted with a brand new pair of Vivo shoes.

For adults there was delicious organics food from Detox Kitchen and manicures. Guests were also allowed to pick the brains of the experts during Q&A time with the founder of VIVOBAREFOOT and Clark shoe family member, Galahad Clark, foot surgeon Ioan Tudur Jones and biomechanic expert Georgie Hodgson.

The fun didn’t stop there - Mothers Meeting always make sure parents are looked after just as much as the lil ones, so we had manicures for the mums and lil ladies from the awesome people at QUICK AND FAB and BLOW.

Motheres Meeting art directed and designed a visually exciting newspaper for all guests was created to explain the story of VIVOBAREFOOT through the experts and illustrators. Online version is available here. In terms of media, it was a hugely successful day which welcomed the families of huge titles such as GQ, The Metro, Mail on Sunday, The Times and The Guardian.
