MM RUNNING CLUB WITH MUMMY RUNNING
After giving birth your body confidence and self-esteem can plummet. Resuming regular exercise can help you get back in shape and give you some much needed “me time”. But slowly does it….
That is why every Friday the amazing MM Mummy Running aka Lucy Brice leads a mum and baby running club around Victoria Park, meeting at the Pavilion at 10am - every week.
Our parents come from all different walks of life. When you have a baby, suddenly, everything changes in your life, so by joining Lucy and our MM running club you not only reap the rewards of exercising outdoors you also find you have a new found support network of like minded around you.
All levels welcome and of course babies are allowed. It does not matter if you do not have a specilist running buggy, as we take it in turns of minding the babies whilst mammma works up a sweat.
