We are really excited to launch The Mothers Meeting FIT & FIERCE 2-DAY LIFE CHANGING WORKSHOP for our network of 50k influential mamas. This programme is designed to make you feel and look amazing; and to be even more fit and ready to take on the world and your lil’ one.
What this programme isn’t! You will NOT be counting calories or be expected to start an extreme exercise regime. What this programme WILL do is boost your motivation and inspire you to keep yourselves on the track that is best for you. A support squad for a healthier, fitter and happier Mama.

Please welcome the Official Mothers Meeting Sport & Exercise Scientist, Glenn Shepherd. With over 10 years experience in the sports and fitness arena, as trainer, coach, performance analyst, motivational speaker, and CEO, Glenn has become well recognised as the go-to guy when you are in need of a healthy lifestyle makeover. Glenn competed in surf and swim competitions to a national level, travelling away to international championships, and played at academy youth level in football. These personal experiences have made him extremely aware of what it takes to be the best form of you, and how looking after your body can make all the difference to your health, mood, and wellbeing on a daily basis, regardless of your circumstances.
Health and fitness have always been at the heart of Glenn’s interest, graduating with Distinction in a Sport and Exercise Physiology Masters degree, and applying his knowledge about a subject he is so passionate about to all his athletes and clients, which include Chelsea Football Club, The Premier League, England Talent Swimming Programme, the Amateur Swimming Association, Winchester University, and St Mary’s University to name a few.
Glenn has helped over a 1000 individuals from all walks of life form better versions of themselves, and now I am extremely glad I have him on hand to help you.
My own plan from Glenn focused on posture and core strengthening, high intensity intervals and steady cardiovascular training for fat burning and body toning, but the thing that really got me to the state I am in now was his guidance, moral support and patience. I felt more capable and able to push myself consistently. He never let me feel bad about how I felt or where I was at. Instead I was able to focus on being in the moment and the progress… well it can speak for itself. I feel brighter and am oozing the vitality I was missing before. I was able to fit my personal plan in and around being a working mum, and you can too!
