This manual, along with the DVD and training program, will show you how to coach your own NIKE TRAINING CLUB in your club, gym, university or training studio. It contains all the drills, modifications and set-up information necessary for you to create your own NIKE TRAINING CLUB workout and continually change up the workout as needed.
