Mothers Meeting recently hosted an expert breakfast on cleaning and The Thane H20 X5 MOP. We had a fantastic panel of expert mothers who joined us to inspire conversation around cleaning habits and how/what and why women clean the way they do. The breakfast group explored domestic cleaning routines and how Thanes H20 product can help change our cleaning habits.
What our mums thought:
“I am really well satisfied with the h2o steam mop. Water will sometimes drip from the mop but hey presto the makers even give you a little pin to use in a small hole on the head of the mop so you can get rid of the limescale that may build up when using the ordinary tap water. If you unclog this little hole before use you should not have a problem with dripping i have to say the best way to not have any limescale is to use cool water out of a kettle or water jug with a filter (brita) or some make of this kind. another way would be to check the setting you have put the machine on. I think some of the reviewers are expecting the machine to turn there carpets into looking like brand new again rather they are cleaning, refreshing and getting rid of BACTERIA. I have never had a problem with the h2O Mop X5 i am usually accident prone the type if something is gonna burn or scald or break it.s gonna happen to me, with this product that has never happend i really believe the saying a bad workman always blames his tools, experiment with different settings different cloths and remember only new makes new use it often enough you will see a difference. i PLEASE don’t forget that little pin”
“My hoover is very awkward and it involves me standing on a chair and rinsing the walls with a watering can! Thank you x5 you have made a 30 min job a 10 min one, I steam the walls floor and doors, then with the brush have a little scrub at the plug hole and any marks left my shampoo etc! Works great sooo happy! And to make it even better it cleans my windows perfectly (floor to ceiling windows are a massive pain to clean) and whilst I’m at it I can run it over my bathroom and kitchen floor! It saves me loads of time? It does what it says and I’m really happy!”
